Have we created a Matriarchy that is bankrupting nations, abusing children?
The new feminism (second wave [the radicals]) who have to be a part of
everything male while acting in a misandric fashion are creating a sadistic
Matriarchy across the globe. If Men and women split everything 50/50 and
women get 50% of the man's 50 and 7/8ths of the remaining twenty five
percent as special entitlements that equals 97.25% - maybe that is why
females make the majority of retail purchases.
I can envision men reading this crossing their legs, wringing their hands
uncomfortably almost whining: I hope they read the rest of this, check out
the links, STOP, breathe and then reflect: the truth is in the studies. We
have for decades lazily subscribed to urban myth even though lies have been
proven and dispelled:

All mothers probably are not that violent despite the ones we have seen

we are afraid to discuss it) at least some moms utilize the electronic

The Public Broadcast System actually airs programming that touches upon
religion, last weekend I listened to a Catholic Bishop lamenting the injury
upon all of those poor families that the current budget debacle will cause.
I am certain the Bishop truly had in mind social injustice to less fortunate
people _ I truly believe the Bishop had no conception at all he really is
lamenting a minor loss in funding for the enabling of single mother homes
whilst depriving children of their fathers.
There is no logic in promoting Fatherhood whilst denigrating Fathers. There
is no logic in promoting a social system that separates children from their

Only Women Bleed?
Do fathers bleed
when their children are
taken away the way they say
mothers do?
Do fathers cry
inside deep in the night
holding a pillow
pretending
that it is their lost child?
Do fathers know
the pain that grows
deeper each second
they can feel their child beckon -
but they can't answer the call?
Do fathers hurt
and their hearts break
if the beautiful child that you both made
has his candle snuffed out before she's born?
Can a father weep, can a father mourn?
Yes, I can tell you
they do.

Never give up on your children just because a Child Protective Services (CPS) worker, Department of Human Services (DHS) agent, Friend Of The Court (FOC) worker or Family Court Judge is making subjective rulings over the lives of your children and your parental role.
Together we will bring about the change needed to reclaim our families and build an America our kids will be proud of. Tune into BEST INTEREST OF THE FAMILY Radio where we believe "Children Need Both Parents!!"

AMERICA’S CHILD
I overheard Mommy say
As she spoke on the phone today,
My Daddy can’t see me til Friday.
He has to stay away.
He better work night and day;
He’s no good and he should pay.
What did I do wrong for the Judgeman to say
I can't see Daddy today; he sent Daddy away?
Me and Daddy love to play.
I miss Daddy, I’m afraid to say;
Cause Mommy doesn’t like it
When I talk this way.
Daddy, Oh Daddy where are you?
I don’t care bout money due.
I don’t want to play without you,
Cause the sky’s not blue
And the sun’s not bright without you.
I love you Daddy and you love me too.
Mommy said you can’t see me tomorrow;
Or maybe, if you find more money to borrow.
You can do it Daddy, you’re my hero!
Oh, I know, I’ll pray before I get in bed.
I'll keel down and bow my head
And close my eyes like Daddy said.
Dear God, please help the Judgeman
Cause he cannot understand like I can;
My Daddy is more than just a man.
Time for sleep Mommy said;
It’s not fun anymore to go to bed—
No Daddy’s kiss on my forehead.
No Daddy bedtime story to dream tonight.
I whisper real quiet every night,
I love you Daddy, goodnight.

RADAR ALERT:
NJ Appellate Division Overturns Crespo
Crespo vs. Crespo – the case that gave new hope to anyone who was ever hit with an unwarranted domestic violence restraining order - was back in the spotlight as the New Jersey Court of Appeals overturned a lower court decision that vacated a final restraining order (FRO) against defendant Anibal Crespo.
For those unfamiliar with judicial standards of proof, there are three levels:
Beyond a reasonable doubt - the one you
were taught about in grade school. This is the highest level of proof,
used only in criminal cases. Restraining orders are tried as civil cases
to allow the state to impose sanctions without having to prove guilt
beyond a reasonable doubt.
Clear and convincing evidence - an
intermediate level of proof. The evidence must show that it's substantially
more likely than not that the accusations are true.
Preponderance of the evidence - the very
lowest level of proof. The evidence must show only that it's slightly more
likely than not that the accusations are true. If there's a 49% chance
that the accusations are false, the accused will still have a restraining
order issued against him. Combined with the enormous pressures on judges
to err on the side of hidden harm, use of this standard
virtually guarantees that restraining orders will be issued against a
significant number of innocent men.
On June 18, 2008, the Honorable Francis Schultz's ruling made the criteria for a FRO to be "clear and convincing evidence" rather than a "preponderance of the evidence." The landmark ruling was expected to set the stage for unwarranted restraining orders to be vacated and prevent future unwarranted orders from being granted. But that ruling was overturned recently by the state's Appellate Division.
David Heleniak, Anibel Crespo's attorney, said that while it is a disappointing turn of events, people shouldn't give up hope. "The Appellate Division ruled against Mr. Crespo, but they are not the final word on constitutionality in New Jersey," he said.
Heleniak is working on taking the Crespo case to the New Jersey Supreme Court. You can read his brief requesting the court take the case at http://www.mediaradar.org/docs/crespo_petition_for_cert.pdf. In addition, he has another FRO case that could also end up in the hands of the State's highest court. The two-wave approach will make it more likely that the New Jersey Supreme Court will finally address the constitutional issues regarding domestic violence restraining orders.
Please stay updated on this groundbreaking effort and pass the information along to anyone who you think would benefit or make a difference.
Thanks for your help getting our message out.
